The Solway Firth Partnership (SFP) – a Scottish Company limited by guarantee – now has a new type of membership known as ‘Ordinary Membership’ which is open to individuals and organisations.  In creating this new form of membership it is hoped that the SFP will be more democratic and will focus its activities more to the needs of the people, organisations and businesses of the Solway area.

Ordinary Members have voting rights at each AGM.  If an organisation becomes an Ordinary Member, it will be asked to nominate an authorised representative and a Named Depute to represent it and vote on its behalf at each AGM.

Ordinary Membership is free, but your written application has to be approved by the SFP Board of Trustees before an AGM.  If you or your organisation is interested in becoming an Ordinary Member, please complete the simple application form on the Downloads page and return it to the Solway Firth Partnership
